"Nothing went wrong with meet and greet - I was happy to meet the driver in the car park. Return journey was also fine.
However when I had tried to change the return journey to accommodate six people instead of four, (with plenty of notice) I got a flat refusal to consider it - I found the member of staff quite unhelpful; didn't even check availability of a six seater, simply no - cannot be done. His only interest appeared to be in getting me to book an additional car for the other two passengers for an extra £59.
I would never use this company again."
